The RealReal is an online luxury resale and consignment marketplace for pre-owned designer fashion, handbags, jewelry, watches and other goods. Shoppers browse items listed for resale, while consignors can submit eligible pieces through shipping, retail locations or concierge options described by the company. The RealReal says its process combines expert review with pricing and merchandising support to prepare items for sale. Its site provides product categories, consignment instructions and information about how sellers can work with the company. Buyers and consignors should check current acceptance criteria, fees, estimates and item-specific conditions.
