Its CEO Syndicate brings together non-competing leaders in a confidential group facilitated by an experienced Chair, with regular meetings, peer discussion and access to speakers and leadership-development activities. The organization also offers an Executive Syndicate for senior leaders who report to the CEO or are preparing for broader leadership roles. These programs are structured around current business and leadership challenges, allowing members to test ideas and learn from peers outside their organization.
