Supermaven developed AI code-completion and coding-assistant tools for editors including VS Code, JetBrains IDEs, and Neovim. Its official sunset notice says the product was acquired and its standalone service is being wound down; the company recommends existing VS Code users move to Cursor, where Supermaven features were incorporated. The notice says free autocomplete inference would continue for existing customers for the foreseeable future, while agent conversations would no longer be supported. This listing therefore describes Supermaven’s product and its announced transition rather than presenting it as an unchanged active service.
