The Food Safety Preventive Controls Alliance (FSPCA) is a public-private alliance of industry, academic, and government stakeholders focused on education and training related to preventive food safety controls. Established through an FDA grant to Illinois Tech’s Institute for Food Safety and Health, the alliance develops training programs and outreach to help human and animal food businesses build food safety capacity.
