Is verification included with a paid plan?
No. Domain verification is free and separate. A subscription does not automatically verify a company domain.
Do homepage features stay permanently?
No. Feed-based homepage features are temporary and expire according to the active plan. Permanent press releases are a separate paid submission and remain subject to editorial review.
Can I upgrade or downgrade?
Plan changes are available through the company dashboard and are handled according to the selected payment provider and current billing period.
What payment options are supported?
The checkout displays configured payment providers. Subscription availability depends on the site’s current provider settings.
What happens when my plan ends?
Paid profile limits no longer apply. Company profile industry and tag assignments are restricted to the free verified allowance when the profile is next normalized.
