AeroVironment is an unmanned aircraft systems and technology company whose published materials document agricultural applications for its Quantix drone and AeroVironment Decision Support System. The company’s agriculture-focused materials describe aerial imaging and analytics intended to help growers assess crop conditions, identify field anomalies, and support crop-management decisions. Quantix materials cover RGB and multispectral imagery, while the decision-support platform is described as processing and organizing collected field data for review. AeroVironment also documented research with farmers and university partners involving crop scouting, disease and stress detection, water management, and yield analysis. These agriculture applications appear in the company’s historical materials; current commercial availability should be confirmed directly with AeroVironment.
